How can I edit or delite comment I’ve made?

It is not possible to edit or delete any comments you have left on other WordPress.com blogs. http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-comments/ You can ask the blogger who approved it to delete it.

You can try to contact the blog owner (perhaps they have a contact form?) to ask the person to remove the comment.
WordPress.com does not interfere with blogs, comments, pages, or widgets published by its users unless there is a breach of Terms Of Service.
Think about it: would you want wp.com to delete comments on your own blog? Without your permission?

I am not talking about something major this is why it is not really critical to bother blogs owners. Mostly I am not feeling well if I made mistakes or another small things. This is why it would be nice to have control on your writing. Anyway, thank you for your respond.

When you make a comment on someone’s blog, that becomes part of their blog. No one forced you to make a comment: you freely gave it to the blog you commented on. It is the decision of the blog owner to do what ever they like with the “gift” / comment. WordPress.com won’t intervene in that exchange.
The decision about which comments are posted, or no,t is completely up to the discretion of the blog owner.

I am not talking about WordPress.com intervention that is just about flexibility for both parts of communication. For example, on Facebook and Skype you can edit your comment or message.

Yes. On the p2 theme I think you can edit your own comments on WordPress.com, when you start the topic. But that is an unusual twitter-like theme. But this is a blogging platform and has a different protocol.
I’m sorry that you don’t like this answer, but personally, I would not like folks who comment on my own sites to be able to retract or edit them at any future time.
For the most part (from my own personal experience), most people-blog-owners do understand if you’ve made a mistaken comment, and they are willing to remove it upon request.
