  I would like to add Comment Luv to my wordpress blog. The instructions are very simple and clear on this site: http://www.fiddyp.co.uk/commentluv-wordpress-plugin/ and that is: Download, Unzip, Upload php file to plug ins directory, Activate.

  Simple except wordpress states they don’t allow plug ins.

  If that is so, why have I seen so many blogs – that are wordpress – now using this wonderful new feature?

  The blogs you’ve seen are self-hosted blogs using wordpress software.
