Hi!
I’d like comments to go to him for moderation. I set him up as an admin. what next?
From:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/discussion-settings/To change the settings so comments must be approved by a moderator:
The Discussion Settings are used to control how visitors and other blogs interact with your site.
To change your site’s discussion settings:
Go to the Discussion Settings page.
https://wordpress.com/settings/discussion
Select your site to open the Discussion settings tab.Find the Before a comment appears sectionn. It has two different settings.
If the first setting is checked, all comments will go into moderation and they will need to be approved by an administrator before appearing on the blog.
Once you have set up all comments need moderation, in:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/manage-comments/It says:
The instructions from this guide are referring to the WP Admin dashboard. You can get to this dashboard by adding /wp-admin to the end of your site’s url:
thebettercanadaproject.wordpress.com/wp-admin <- your siteTo manage comments, go to the Comments link in the left menu of your blog dashboard.
When you hover the mouse over a comment in the Edit Comments page, you will see comment actions appear below the comment. You can approve/unapprove, reply, edit, spam, or trash comments with those links
Hope that helps!

Thanks, no this isn’t quite the issue. I know how to do all this, I just need to set HIM up as moderator. I now have two different admins, myself and my dad. So I just need to figure out how to get comments to go to him, not me, because I am the main admin.
the site is http://www.waynegrady.ca

Hi Claire
I just need to figure out how to get comments to go to him,
Anyone who has Administrator or Editor privileges on a blog can moderate comments. Since your Dad is an Administrator, just show him how.
If you want the e-mail notifications to go to him, you can change the email address associated with the account in your Account Settings.
There is currently no way to divide up which notifications go to which email address – it’s all or nothing. All notifications regarding the account go to the address associated with the account.
If you are curious about the various user roles, you can read about them in: https://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/
And information about the email notifications in:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/email-notifications/best,

Ok, thank you! That is what I thought. I’ll just have to forward him the emails then,
Thank you so much!
