Comment moderation

  I hope this isn’t a stupid question. But I want to have comments moderation on my blog, and I actually thought it already was, because previously they’d all required my approval. But lately some comments have been appearing automatically. The FAQ says to check a box under the “Setting > Discussion” tab on my dashboard–but I don’t see any such tab! Am I just blind? Or is this something you need to have a paid account for?? Halp!
