Comment Moderation Reason

I checked both of their accounts and they seem okay – I didn’t see any reason as to why their comments would have to be moderated. I would check with each of them if you can, and see if they have similar experiences when posting on other sites. I am thinking that this isn’t an isolated issue – there are certain users whose comments get caught in moderation or spam and we have to touch base with Akismet to sort it out.

There is a user with this problem after change their internet provider (IP)

While posting by the old (201.19.178.150) there was no cases of moderation

but after chage to new (132.255.92.66) all comments are sent to moderation

alreary tested without rules, without text on comment

This is probably a bug that occurs to some ip´s

What is their username? Is it one that you have already sent my way. There could me multiple WordPress.com users who have been on that IP address, and I want to make sure that I am looking at the correct one.

Okay, it looks like’s Cintra’s account has a different nickname than what they’re using in comments. Could you encourage them to fix the display name here?

I am not sure whether this will solve the issue but I am guessing that’s what caused it. I’ll check on the other user too.

When Carlos comments from a new location it’s going to ask you to approve the comment, so that’s pretty normal, especially since he isn’t logged into an account.

Are there any other users having issues?
