Comment not submitting properly.

  Hay guy, i just worked my head off making a new design for my blog that works along site my design portfolio, but there’s a problem with the comment submit form after i post a comment and submit, the page after does not load and the comment does not appear. if some one could help me that would be awesome thank you..
