Comment Notification Email not only for author

hello there I NEED HELPP
my blog is not like any other blog. with a regular blogs the people who run it are the authors…
in my blog the people who run it are the readers themselves by adding comments with youtube URL
so…i need to make it easy and nice as possible.
how can i make it that people will get email Notification if someone commend their comment ?
how can i make it that any new comment will show at the firs page (a bit nicer then the widgets i allready use) ?
how can i make the tags cloud to look nice like the one this forum looks ?
how can i add another box on the front page asking readers to write their opinion about us?
and if it is possible i would be very happy to put the comment box up page and not down there…
if not, is there any other suggestions for me?

Nobody can help you until you do two things:
1) stop posting in ALL CAPS. It makes you look hysterical and high-maintenance.
2) give us the URL of the blog in question, starting with http. The one connected to your username has been deleted.

If you go to any individual post and look at the comments form, you’ll see that below that it has a little tickbox and the words “Notify me of follow-up comments via email.”
So, what you’re asking for already exists on your blog. If people don’t tick that box then they don’t get those emails. There isn’t, unfortunately, any way to ONLY notify them when their unique comment has been replied to.
