Comment notification mail – disable?

  When somone leave a comment on mye blog they automatically receive a mail notification when someone else make a comment on the same post. Is this possible to disable?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  They need to untick the box that’s located just under the comment box. There’s also a link in each of the emails to unsubscribe.
