Comment Notifications

I’m not getting notified by email when a comment is left. I have it set to automatically approve and post comments, and to ‘Email me whenever’ anyone posts a comment or is held for moderation. I submitted several test comments, which posted to my site, but never alerted me via email. How do I fix this?
