Comment notifications are emailed only occassionally

  HI there.

  I’ve noticed over the past couple of days that comment notifications are emailed to me only occasionally (probably about one in four). I have checked my settings and nothing has changed – I have still selected to have comment notifications emailed.

  Is this a common problem, I wonder?
