comment notifications going to wrong email

  My comment notifications are going to an old email address. I changed my account email in my Settings and new notifications are going to the previous email.

  Hi Katie,

  There are two main types of email notifications that you’ll receive from WordPress.com. Many people want to designate a different email addresses for each of these, so we provide that option. However, if you have updated one email and not the other, it can cause the issue you are describing. This support page should help:

  My updated email address is listed everywhere I can find, but now I’m getting notifications at both the old and the new. So i’m getting each of them twice. Does this stop?

  So, at the bottom of the notification emails, you should see a “manage subscriptions” link. In one of the emails going to your OLD email address, click that and you should be able to shut them down that way.

  There is no “manage subscriptions” link in the email. I don’t understand why an email address that isn’t saved anywhere in WordPress is still getting emails.
