Comment off

  There is only onepage I have enabled commenst on and that is

  But it still says comments off. Please help me to fix this.

  It appears that you’ve turned off commenting for your entire site. http://en.support.wordpress.com/enable-disable-comments/

  The Support doc fails to clarify an important detail: changing the comments on/off option under Settings > Discussion affects posts and static pages published after the change, not already published ones; changing the comments on/off option on the post or page editor overrides the Discussion setting.

  But there’s another detail too: Settings > Discussion > “Automatically close comments on articles older than x days”. If this option is ticked, you get comments off even if the editor option is comments on. That applies to posts and static pages (and that’s probably what has happened in the OP’s case).
