Comment on other blog not showing up

For the first time I put a comment on another’s blog. But when I go back to see if the comment is showing up it is not there.The blog was TheycallmeJane. Didn’t know if you needed to know that. I have confirmed all the authorizations in my e-mail and the comment is showing up in my Likes and new comments on this particular blog are showing up after mine. After doing a search I assume it must be sitting in spam. Does anyone have any other ideas? I see support is off until August 16. On a positive note I am new, my blog is new and in my searching I discovered the Showcase Forum.

Many people have their blogs set so all comments must be approved before being published so if something gets by the spam filter it does not get published.
Don’t know if that is what happened or not but one possibility.

Come to think of it, my blog is set up that way. The 3 comments that came into my blog came in as spam I had to tell it it was not spam. You would think after 3 comments from the same person that I approved, it would not consider it spam. But what do I know. Thanks for your feedback.
