Comment on others' blogs

I don’t know what’s going on right here, but I’ve been trying to leave comment on other bloggers’ posts yet right after I had done writing and clicked ”Leave Comment” my comment would disappear in 1second after. Has anyone ever encountered such problem like I did? If so, is there any possible way to have this solved? I would really appreciate this. thank you!

Your login information for the purpose of commenting applies only to sites that are hosted by wordpress.COM and that allow commenting by logged in wordpress.COM users.
That login information does not apply to sites running wordpress.ORG software on paid hosting.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. You did not provide the URLs of the sites you cannot comment on that display the behavior that you refer to above but you can determine where they are hosted by typing the URLs into http://www.whoishostingthis.com/
