Comment on top

On clicking on posts, the comments and date appears to the left top…
i want it below the post..please suggest how can i do this?

and few of my frnds too who are not in word press are also not able to see the comment section below.

I suspect that you and your friend are seeing the same thing as @irahulverma, but just describing it differently.
On the blog page, and on archives pages, of https://penningpassionblog.wordpress.com/, the publish date (of the post) and a link to the comments, in which the number of comments is given, may be found in the large margin at the top left of the post content.
On single posts, such as “Tasty & effortless pomfret fry!!” or “Sometimes True Beauty Lies in Darkness,” the publish date of the post appear at the top left, the comments and/or “Leave a Reply” box appear at the bottom of the posts, with the publish date and time of each comment provided as link.
Comments typically not displayed on the blog page of WordPress.com themes.
