Comment Option Not Working

  Hello

  A blogger recently contacted me via email to report that my Comment Box is not working. According to her, when she types a comment in the box and presses the Send button, nothing happens.
  Can this be fixed please?

  Is this person logged in or logged out of WordPress.com? Are they using one of the other available profiles to comment or using only name and email address?

  Thanks for your response, having asked the person in question her response is: the WordPress Comment button when pressed does nothing when she:
  1) Tries to comment via her Twitter account, or
  2) Or when she fills in the boxes that require her email and name

  What do I suggest she do pls?
