  Is there any way I can change my ‘inverted comma’ button on each post to another request for comments? Many people seem not to know how to leave comments or read those of other people.

  Are you referring to the comment bubble? Submitting a comment on any blog here using any theme is don’t by clicking the Blog Title first or by clicking the “leave a comment” link. The only way of changing what you have now is to purchase a custom design upgrade so you can do CSS editing. http://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-design/
