Comment order

On my most recent post, the comment order is off. Meaning, I individually hit reply to each follower that commented. It did just that. But for the last few days, my follower comments are on top of one another, and my responses to them are on top of one another too.
Could you help me put them back in the proper order? So that I individually reply to each one, like I initially did?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Just checking in on the “comment order” issue I wrote a few days ago above. Is this an issue you think we can resolve?

It looks like your comment threading was disabled. You can re-enable it under Settings > Discussion – by checking off “Enable threaded (nested) comments.”

There is also a choice of numbers, for example, I chose “6 levels deep.” What does that mean?
