  how do i upload a plugin. i have no idea. help. i have downloaded it already but i dont know what to do next.

  http://Www.underwatermom.com solved my problem! There is no plugin panel on my version of wordpress, I had to go into settings and in the discussion section, uncheck the box that requires users to be logged in to comment.
