Comment posted but not appearing

  I commented on a friend’s post ( https://thebrotherssabey.com/2016/11/10/the-danger-of-worst-case-scenario-thinking-about-trump/ ). My comment doesn’t appear. When I try to repost my comment (using either my WordPress or my Facebook credentials) the following message appears: “Duplicate comment detected; it looks as though you’ve already said that!” I’ve contacted my friend, who says he can’t see my comment and doesn’t know why it’s not appearing. It’s never happened on his site before (as far as he knows). Anything he or I can do?

  I cannot comment the post of other blog for two days. Why ?
