Comment problems

I was wondering why can’t I see my comments? I have around 40 pending comments but when I click the comments page in my dashboard to approve it, it leads to a white page with a small number 37 on the upper left side of the page. It’s been like this for a week now and I haven’t made any changes at all. Please help. Thanks!

Try the cookie dance first. Log out of WordPress.com, clear your cache and cookies, restart your browser, log in again and see if the problem persists.

Thanks for the reply. I did the cookie dance but the problem is still there. I am using firefox but I did try it using IE but got the same problem.

    What’s your blog’s address?

I have a problem with the Comments section in the Benevolence theme. The HTML code for the text format of the Comments appears on the page under a separate heading called Leave a Comment below the normal Leave a Comment link. How can we get rid of this? Here’s the address: http://tinvanonline.org please look at the bottom of the page for the HTML I mentioned.

That code is to let commenters know what code will work when making comments. To remove it, you would have to have the paid CSS upgrade and then hide the code. The CSS upgrade is not recommended unless you have experience with CSS since there is no official support, and few here in the forums that know much about it.

By the way, the code can be removed, but the line of text above it, “Line and paragraph breaks automatic, e-mail address never displayed, HTML allowed:” cannot be removed.
