    Also, the pull-down menu is horizontal. Can it be made longer in length like a list style?

    That style of the menu is built into the theme. It should be completely controlled by CSS, but to be honest that kind of customization is beyond my CSS knowledge.

    If you’ll post a description (or maybe an example from another site, or drawing) of how you’d prefer to it to look in the CSS Customization forum, a staff or volunteer there might be able to help better.
