  I am new here, what does it mean “Your comment is awaiting moderation.” after I posted a comment on someone’s blog? Do I need to do anythng?

  You don’t need to do anything: it means that the blog owner wants to look over all comments before allowing them to be posted. Once they’ve done that, they’ll approve it and it’ll post OR they’ll delete it.
