comment replies going through
-
A few weeks ago, when I okayed and replied to a comment I started being routed to a WordPress.com comment site, WordPress (Automatic Inc.) [U.S], which is much less convenient that the site I used to use. The new site’s URL lists wordpress.com first, followed by comments, followed by my blog’s title (example: https://wordpress.com/comment/notesfromtheuk.com/22315?action=approve). The old one opened with the blog title, followed by wordpress.com. (I can’t dig up an example; sorry.)
It may or may not be relevant that my blog doesn’t have a WordPress.com address; it’s a .com one address.
At the same time a couple of readers reported having trouble tweeting my posts. That may or may not be linked.
Can you tell me how to escape the new comment site and get back to the old one? Thanks for your help.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

@ellenhawley we have generally been trying to get wp-admin features available in Calypso, so it’s more consistent across various platforms.
But you are still welcome to use wp-admin for comment management if you prefer. You can find that here for the site you mentioned:

Thanks. There wouldn’t be any connection between the change and the problem people had making a Twitter link back to my posts work, would there?

Nope. If they’re still having trouble with that, send more information on that and we can troubleshoot separately.
