Comment Reply via Email option not available on my Bueno Blog

  Hi there,

  I have read that there is an option to reply to comments via emails. I have enabled: Settings > Discussion > E-mail me whenever > Anyone posts a comment.

  However, there is no option in Settings for me to “Comment Reply via Email”. I have read the support pages and watched the video, but this option is not listed in my settings.

  Has this option been removed?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
