Comment section in post overlapping with footer

Hi there,

I am new to wordpress.com. I have set up my blog with the Intergalactic theme and in my posts the comment section (“Leave a Replay”) is overlapping with the footer (“Create a free…”).

My blog is foodtune500.wordpress.com

Also I would like to create a author section under each post similar to the one shown in the Live Demo. How do I go about doing so?

Any assistance is much appreciated. Thanks a lot in advance.

I don’t see that happening on your blog. Please let us know:
(a) Exactly what kind of device you are using to connect to the internet and to WordPress.com.
(b) Exactly which browser (and version of it) you’re using by checking here if necessary http://supportdetails.com/

Will you also provide a screenshot for Staff please? I’ll tag this thread for their attention. You can use http://snag.gy/ to share screenshots and link to them here. If you use the WordPress.com guide screenshots you can and upload it to your Media Library, and return to this thread to provide the file name so Staff can examine it.

Some themes are designed to display author profiles but most are not. The text for the display comes from the > Dashboard > Users > My Profile page “About Me” section.

Hi timethief,

Thank you very much for responding. The overlapping issue I previously observed was actually due to me having an empty “About Me” section therefore the author profile displayed at the bottom of the post was just a black bar obstructing the “Leave a Reply”.

So the issue is now resolved after updating the “About Me” section.
