comment section not showing on blogpost in eighties theme

how do I get at comment section at the end of my blogpost? i have already clicked allow comments under “more options” –> discussions

Are you referring to this WordPress.com site https://rosefiner.wordpress.com/ with Eighties theme?
The comments box seem to appear just fine. I had a look at this blog post https://rosefiner.wordpress.com/2018/01/05/first-blog-post/ and it appears right after the post.
