Comment Section Not Working

I’ve had a few people over the last couple of days mention that they’ve tried to comment on one of my blogposts and it won’t send. Apparently it keeps coming up with error or that they didn’t fill out the required fields.
I’ve updated and backed everything up but that doesn’t seem to have made a difference.
Some help / advice would be amazing please as I’m useless with technology.

It looks like your site is using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but is hosted with another webhost.
