Comment – text doesn’t show

I was hopping someone out there can help me with my blog. I believe it is a CSS problem but wouldn’t know how to fix it.

The Problem: In the Comment area the text appears to be blocked (white on white) on the button to submit and the comment box area. I have tried seeing if I can locate it in the CSS but couldn’t exactly find it or know hoe t correct it. In fact my side borders were once black to go with the Blog background image but some how have changed to a light blue. I just want it to show correctly and allow others to see the comments area correctly. I’m pretty show it should show as black text in the comment area and on the button itself. Can anyone please help me from going madd!
If anyone has the solution please help with “step-by-step” instructions. I’m not savvy with code/html/js etc. I would really appreciate it.
