Comment thru email not showing up on blog comment site

  I received an email comment to my post today 8.24.13 but it did not link back to or show up in the comment area of WordPress:

  Here is what showed up:
  Name: Shirley Hershey Showalter
  Email: (email visible only to moderators and staff)
  Website: http://www.shirleyshowalter.com
  Comment: Watch out for those chin hairs. I love how you combine pathos and humor in these posts.

  What troubles me is the “Sent by an unverified visitor to your site. There is no option of approving or un-approving the comment of someone who has followed my blog from the beginning. How can I fix this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
