Comment window not accepting comment

  Hello, 2 of the blogs I follow will allow ‘likes’ however, the comment box (although I can get the curser into it) will not accept any typing. Here is one of the blogs in question:

  and the other:
  http://glitzgirlzglamourguide.com/2012/09/11/flush-fat/
  This has only recently started to happen (a couple of weeks).
