commentary whitelist (against spam, trolls)

  I strongly suggest the implementation of a whitelist in the settings/discussions section.

  This whitlist should consist of username in combination with the (invisible) email-address.

  This whitelist would allow unregistered but already known users give there instant comment freely. All comments from other users that are not registered or known by a whitelisted combination of name and mail-address would be waiting for approval.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Thank you very much!
  We are getting up to 100 trollcomments daily.
  Although we could establish an improvised scripted workaround that reads and checks comments every 20 seconds a simple whitelist filter would be appreciated and a great feature for all wordpress-bloggers :)

  Any answer from the developers if this feature will be added?
  Im still receiving lots of troll-comments daily which are insulting my readers, faking identities and more.

  I guess implementing this whitelist filter BEFORE the blacklist filter isnt that hard to code, is it?

  If its not possible or if it takes some more weeks Im going to buy a raspberry PI and filter all comments by a script on my own.

  Im still getting up to hundred or more spam and troll-posts insulting or provoking my readers and posting bullshit.
  Best way to destroy a vivid blog!
