Can you see who your top commenters are?

I believe you would need a commentator plugin. To use plugins on WordPress.com sites, you’ll need to have a business plan.
Some commentator plugins I’ve found from the Plugin Directory (https://wordpress.com/plugins/browse) are as follows:

There is a way to view your top recent commenters without upgrading.
hoovesandpens.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=statsScroll down to the Comments section.
Top Recent Commenters is listed there.I hope this helps!

Is this something that has recently changed? I recall previously being able to see my top commenters with no plug-in.

Hi, @boonstoon,
Take a look at Stats> Insights> Comments.
There is a button with different options there : Comments by Posts & Pages & Comments by Author (Think of that as comment author).I hope this helps. No plugin needed. :)
