  People can’t seem to be able to comment on my posts even though I have the comments enabled. They get an error message

  Could you share the URL of the site you are working on? Additionally, it would be helpful if you could post the link to the blog where the problem occurs and also what is the error message you get.

  of course. My blog is http://georgiarknight.com and it is when people try and comment on any blog post

  I don’t get the error message when I comment I’ve just been informed from other peoples they get an error message which says “invalid request signature”

  I had a look at http://georgiarknight.com/ and it turns out the comments section is loading just fine. I see that you’re using Jetpack comments there.

  I was even able to drop a test comment here. http://georgiarknight.com/fashion-beauty/pretty-pink-prettylittlething/#comment-696

  Is the “invalid request signature” happening for your readers on a particular page?

  Hi thanks for your test comment, this seems to have worked so not sure why some people are having issues? Would it be a problem with their server or is it a problem when commenting on mobile or something?

  I am not very sure as to why this could be happening for your readers. Have you suggested them to use different devices/browsers to see if it helps?
