Commenting and likes

  Please tell me how to make a like button and comment option appear? People can’t see it.

  Hi there,

  You are able to manage sharing buttons on your blog here: https://wordpress.com/sharing/buttons/, and the following support page also assist you to set up sharing buttons.

  When it comes to the comment option, I can see the comment box on each post page currently, so it seems to be fine. However, if you want to change the setting of comment, please head to https://wordpress.com/settings/discussion/

  I can see it whenever I look on my own site but guests are saying that they cannot see it.

  Hi,
  Currently I am able to see a “Leave a comment” section on the left hand side of your home page below the heading. When clicked a comment box appears below the post.

  In the posts page, the comment box seems to be below the post by default.

  To change the current comment settings, please read the below link

  Yes. Do you have to be a part of the WordPress community to see the comments box, because it seems that is the only way people see it. I thought the public could see it and leave comments/likes as well. That option dies not appear, and I have changed settings several times to get it that way. I am not sure why it is not an automatic option

  Hi,
  You don’t need to be a part of wordpress community to comment on blogs. I was able to see the comment even when i logged out of wordpress.

  Try deleting the cache and refreshing the page. Please let us know if you are still facing the issue.
