people cannot comment on my site When they click on comment…nothing appears.

I took a look at your site and wasn’t able to see any issues with the comments. Can you send me a link to a post or page on your site where you or your site’s visitors are having trouble leaving comments? I’d be happy to take a closer look!

Apparently the problem occurs when they try to comment from an iPad or cell phone..is it just a problem on their end?

Visitors to your site should be able to comment on mobile devices, so it’s possible that there is a problem on their end. I’d be happy to investigate further, though — can you let me know a little more detail about the problem?
This information would help me look into the problem for you:
- What mobile devices are they using? What operating system is on the device?
- Are they trying to comment from their mobile browser or from a WordPress app?
- Are they logged in to a WordPress.com account when they try to comment?
- If you can provide any screenshots of what your visitors are seeing on their device, that would also help. You can upload them to your Media Library (under Media > Add New in your dashboard) and I can take a look there.

I had someone tell me today that they weren’t able to comment on anything but the “about” page. Then three minutes later they were able to comment….

It’s possible that there was just a glitch when the user tried to comment the first time. If it happens again, please feel free to let us know (or ask them to contact us directly) and we can keep looking into this. :)
