commenting not possible

after writing a comment to my blog a user tells me, she tries to put in her e-mail adress, but is not possible, and so it’s not possible to write a comment successfully, what might be the problem?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Go to this post and scroll to the bottom to find the comment box http://afrikakind.com/2015/11/20/mahamri-and-juice-at-schooloutparty-at-the-last-schoolday-of-the-year-its-to-thank-for-a-good-time-of-education-this-year-it-was-done-by-cooking-delicious-mahamri-beans-andpineapple-juice/
All WordPress blogs by default have comments open on all Pages and Posts. Your visitors click the post titles les or the comment links or comment bubbles on the front page of the blog and they are directed to the full post appearing on it’s own page where the comment boxes appear at the end of the posts.
Note that comments are collapsed on the front page of the blog because if they were not then the blog would take ages to load and that would mean visitors would click out rather than waiting for the page to load.
Also note when people complain about not being able to comment they often have either an outdated browser issue or a connectivity issue and we cannot help with those. Browser versions can be upgrade here http://browsehappy.com Connectivity issues must be reported to the relevant ISP (internet service provider).
