Commenting not refreshing the page…

Is there a way WP.com can develope a way that if you write a comment, once you hit submit, the page does not refresh the entire blog…?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Whay I do is use a text editor to compose all comments in and then I copy and paste into comment boxes. But I’ll flag this thread for Staff so they know tehere is an issue. Which broswer and version of it are you using?

The reason why i ask is that sometimes I got live events videos on a post, so people tend to want to put a comment or so, and they get frustrated because the entire blog “re-sets” and refresh everything so they have to re-load the video and catching up where they left…
