Commenting on a page

Is there a way to add a box for feedback within a page anywhere other than in the comments box that has to be at the very end of a page… where one might type in an opinion
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I am not clear on what you mean but I do not wish to read opinions from anyone who has not actually read my full post right to the very bottom of it. Maybe you mean a contact form https://en.support.wordpress.com/contact-form/ or maybe you mean request feedback https://en.support.wordpress.com/writing-helper/request-feedback/

On our page, we are going to feature a story. Just under the current episode, we are going to remove the poll for readers to vote on what will happen in the next episode. We want to try posting the entire episode on the front page and just under the episode ask the reader to tell us what they would like the character to do in the next episode. So, I want to put a box right there. All the other serials will be listed below the featured serial so I don’t want to use the comments box at the end of the page to get their feedback.
Thanks! -
Thanks for the clarity. I do not know how to achieve that or even if it is possible. Please be patient while waiting for a Volunteer or Staff who provide CSS editing support to respond to you here.

Hi there,
@timethief has provided some good advice, you can insert a contact form at any place inside a page or post—it doesn’t have to be at the end of the page, like the case is with comments.
I believe you want to put a box right below the episode, then more episodes/serials below this box, so it’s sandwiched between content. The contact form can be used for scenarios like these.
It’s only available in the classic editor though, so you’ll have to navigate to http://serealities.com/wp-admin > Posts/Pages and insert from there.
Another solution could be to move the comment form for that specific page only, from the bottom to somewhere between the page. Requires CSS, a bit tricky but you’ll have to provide a link to that specific page and where you want it positioned.

Thanks so much! I will try the contact form first. Is there a way to limit the number of words for a contact form?

Limiting the amount of text that can be entered isn’t currently possible. You can, however, add/remove fields and also edit them, so that “Comment” can be edited to “Feedback (Max. 200 words)”.
It obviously won’t work if someone ends up typing more than 200 words, but most will try to limit their message. :)

@timethief, hey! Just trying to play my part. Hope us junior volunteers reduce your workload a bit. ;-)
