Commenting on Posts

  My authors of posts are not receiving emailing notifications when someone comments on their posts. The settings are checked to ensure all comments are approved and set to notify us via email. Yet those emails are not coming in.

  Hi there!

  Forgive me if you have tried this, but is it possible that the email notifications have been filtered out of your authors’ inbox? Maybe into a promotional folder?

  Thanks for trying to help but WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG sites are different and separate. https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ They have different support documentation and different support forums, and that is why we must confirm the URL of the site previous to responding to questions here.
