commenting problem on blogger user blogs

    Hi. I used to have a blog on blogger and then switched over to wordpress, leaving my blogger account standing. When I comment on wordpress blogs I can sign in showing my site … for blogger blogs when I want to comment I sign in with my blogger account and they can redirect themselves to my wordpress blog through there….

    now on blogger blogs there is an option to sign in using wordpress/typepad, etc. …

    so on the dropdown I click wordpress, it asks for my blog name, I put it in and then it asks me to sign into wordpress but nothing to click on just a page saying that I need to do that. The only way I know how to sign into wordpress is the usual way when I am going to write a post.

    This doesn’t work for commenting… anyone? help!

    I noticed that this week because I had to remember my password to even comment on someone’s Blogger blog. Then I saw that. But I didn’t use it though. But the new Blogger feature was talked about the other week if anything on here can help:

    I suppose just forget about blogger.com, and just sign in from WordPress then view the blogger site.

    If it’s blogger.com’s problem, maybe should write to them instead… ^.^

    Blogger has really been mucking up their comments. Let’s hope they fix them soon.

    But scopettg is right; it’s easier if you’re already signed in to WordPress.com. I usually am, and I’ve never been directed to sign in to wordpress, just to put my nickname and my “real name” which seems also to be raincoaster in the boxes.

    I tried that last weekend and ran into the same problem that nerdgirlsspace describes. It didn’t recognize that I was already logged into wordpress.

    Oh well….it’s probably fixed by now and to be honest, visiting blogger does nothing but infuriate me. I’m so glad I didn’t start a blog over there!!!!
