Commenting problems

One of my regular readers and commenters informed me that she has not been able to comment on my blog the last few days and keeps getting an error message regarding firewall protection when she tries to. I’ve gotten comments from other readers, so I don’t know if others have been having problems as well, but obviously not everyone has. She says she hasn’t changed anything on her end and has even tried different browsers but still can’t get through. I’ve checked my settings and they are set to allow comments. I just wanted to ask if anyone else was having this problem and whether you thought the glitch was on her end or mine, and if mine, what to do about it.

I am unable to leave any comments if I go to a website directly, say through the “Reader.” I can “Like” a post, and I can type a comment in the comments box.
But when I hit the “post comment” button, my comment up and disappears! A couple of readers have told me they found my comments in their “spam.” I’ve had my site now for about 2 years, and have never experienced this problem before. I changed my browser but that didn’t help at all.
