Commenting System

  I would like to install a commenting system on my blog so that an email is sent to each comment I reply to. My blog has it’s own domain name but is not self-hosted. Can I do this and if so, how and which one is recommended?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The fact that we have domains being free hosted by WordPress.com does not in any way have any significance when it comes to functions and features aside from domain mapping. We cannot install any commenting systems of any kind whatsoever on our fee hosted blogs. The commenting system here is built in and it’s the only one we can use.

  No. There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs and we users cannot install plugins into our blogs. I think you will benefit from reading this support document > WordPress.com vs WordPress.org: The Differences
