  I finally have found a website, and I want to comment on the posts, to ask a question . But my comment isn’t approving. Why ?
  I need to get in contact with the owner of website. It’s life and death 😭😭😭😭😭😭

  This is completely up to the owner of that site. WordPress.com can’t and won’t interfere in this matter.

  Your only option is to post a comment to the site and it’s up to the site owner whether or not to allow and respond to your comment. Further action on your part could be considered harassment.
