comment/response fields are between post heading and post text instead of below
-
I posted my for the first time today. I was disappointed to find a response section (requiring name and email, etc.) under the headline and above the story. In other words, it broke apart my headline/story. Shouldn’t this collection of fields be located below my post?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
The form that’s displayed at the top of your post is actually a Contact Form. You have full control over that form — you can remove it or move it to a different part of your post, if you’d like.
To do that, you can go to Posts > All Posts in your dashboard. Click on the title of the post you published to get to the post editor. Then, you can delete or move the contact form shortcode.
Even if you remove that contact form, visitors to your blog can still leave comments by scrolling to the bottom of the post and using the comment box under “Leave a Reply.”
Please let me know if you have any questions about that!

Not sure if I actually sent my follow-up
question. I still don’t know how to delete the
Form and I don’t know short code. Thanks. I go see
The button to add the form.. Not what I need. -
Hi there,
You can delete the form by removing the shortcode from the post in the post editor. In your post, the contact form shortcode is right at the top of the post editor, and it includes everything between these bracketed words:
[contact-form] ... [/contact-form]You can also see an example of the shortcode on this page: http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact-form/#shortcode-reference
You can highlight that code in the post editor and then delete it to remove the form from the post.
Please let me know if you’d like additional instructions for that. :)
