  How do I temporarily delete ‘comments’ option and quantity?

  from your dashboard, go to
  Options > Discussion > Allow people to post comments on the article.

  uncheck. when you’re ready for comments again, re-check the box.

  i don’t know what you mean by quantity.

  i have problems with writing comments. i write them by they are not shown! my friens also cannot write in my blog
