  I was wondering if there is a way to make my comments to where only my friends can leave comments, but yet anyone could read my blog?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  No there is not. You would have to set the blog to private to limit commenting to only those you actually invite which also means that the public would not be able to see the blog.
