  We changed the linksfrom black to Blue, but the tags also changed to blue, is there a way we can have the tags another color?

  The way it is now comments is the same color as the tags. is there a way where I can have the word comments at the end of each article where readers would click the comment link at the end of each article.

  No, all the meta stuff at the end of the post, including the comment link, is controlled by the same part of the CSS. It would require access to and modification of the underlying theme PHP script files to be able to do that and we do not have access to those files on this multi-user platform.
