  The comments section shows that there are two comments for me to moderate. Those two comments consist of my own blog content, at the points where I linked back to previous posts. Why does linking back to my previous posts cause “comments” to appear for me to moderate?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Those are Pingbacks. Generally they go to moderation so you can decide if you want them to show or not. I would suggest letting them show, so that people who like Post A can see that Post B links to it, and they can then click to read that post as well.
