  I want when someone comments on my blog, the only two blanks he/she has to fill is the name and the comment without the email.
  how can i do that without the coding ?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there. You can change these options under Settings ->Discussion in the dashboard.

  i’ve tried numerous times but i can’t make the email not required!!

  If you uncheck the boxes, “Comment author must fill out name and e-mail” and “Users must be registered and logged in to comment” people will be able to comment without leaving an email. The comment box will still show the email field, but people will be able to comment without completing that. There’s no way to remove the email field completely as that’s how the site (that is, WordPress.com) is designed. Nothing you can do on your blog can alter that.
